Jose’s Blue Sombrero Mexican Restaurant is a bit of a change for the WWDC events. First off, it’s a chain with two other locations from the Racine location for this ride. While they have all the traditional (and very good) Mexican and Tex / Mex offerings of other locations – They also offer a ‘Street Sheet 22’ menu – basically truck taco’s with some wonderful options and choices for your dinner. Try or try several – it’s all grand!
