This is another Chapter member highly recommended place for great burgers.

The Burgers are flame broiled and look great, but are they as good as last year’s top-five burger at The Spot, maybe better? This is a great Route 66 kinda joint. The outside is very unassuming and makes you think you’re walking into a local biker bar. It is a delicious, family friendly restaurant (they have a kids menu). You will be greeted by friendly staff and by old license plates and a vinyl record decor, as well as hints of car memorabilia. Definitely takes you back to a stop on Route 66, which is fitting because it is a nice little oasis of delicious food.

The ride will take us down Brinker Rd that is special to my wife’s family because her grandmother grew up on a family farm on Brinker. Her grandfather lived in Barrington and would walk from town to the farm when they were dating. Brinker Rd has many hills and dips which are unusual for this area and while growing up, my wife and her siblings loved it when their father would drive them down Brinker, up and down the hills.
