Family owned. Big Ed’s BBQ offers some of the best BBQ in Lake County. All of their meat is seasoned with a special dry rub and slow smoked in a barbeque pit with seasoned hickory wood.

3 Pound Tim “The Tank” Ortiz Burger Challenge (I’m not doing this one!) – Six half pound burgers, six slices of cheese, fries, drink and a crash cart! Eat all of it in 10 minutes or less and it’s FREE! Take longer and your name goes on their Facebook Weenie Wall, and the insults are not nice!

1 Pound After Work Burger (Sounds perfect with brisket!) – a pound of meat with all the trimmings! Make it a Paul Burger by adding pulled pork or brisket.

The Half Pounder – a half pound hand packed burger with your choice of American, Swiss, Mozzarella, Cheddar or Bleu Cheese.
