We’re going to the Northwoods !! AHHH ! The fresh air, and the open roads await… OK, somebody wake me up… How about going to Schmidt’s Towne Tap in beautiful Elburn, Illinois instead ? An “Authentic Northwoods Pub and Eatery” right here in the Illinois flatlands. If you haven’t been down these familiar roads yet this season, our route will go along everybody’s favorites…. Cuba Road, Otis, Old Sutton and Penny, to name a few..

We’ll be experiencing all that the area has to offer : Congestion, stoplights, slow traffic, construction, but also a stretch or two of 55 MPH travels. (This is the fresh air, open road part ). Check out the food menu here :
