Anderson’s Japanese Garden is considered in the top 12 such gardens in the United States. This year’s trip will be a true 85 +/- mile ‘WANDER’ event, as the garden doesn’t open until April 19th, so I have not been in contact with them as of this date. The last time we went, we had an absolute blast observing the style and cultural presentations offered there.

 

Following the garden visit (there is an entry fee of $10 – $15 or so), we will explore along the Rock River for a suitable location for lunch / ice cream.
